In June 1978, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church) extended its lay priesthood to men of all races. Recently, this video was produced to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this historical event.

I actually was able to help in the planning of the Anniversary Program on temple square as the Genesis Group Program Director.
